During each visit we carry out the following checks:
- Run faucets in sinks, bathtub, flush toilets and run showers.
- Check refrigerators / freezers are functioning property and check for leaks.
- Check under sinks for leaks.
- Inspect windows, screens and doors for signs of damage.
- Check windows and doors for signs of break-in and make sure they are securely locked.
- Inspect walls, ceilings and floors for visual signs of leaks.
- Inspect washing machine and dishwasher hoses and interior faucets for signs of leaks.
- Check for signs of pest infestation.
- Check for unusual odors.
- Check that security system is set.
- Check timer activated lights and replace bulbs when necessary.
- Asses quality of cleaning, landscaping and pool service.
- Inspect water heater for leaks and drains for signs of backup.
- Overall interior/exterior check of the condition of the property.
- Check electricity
- Check phone service
- Bring packages or mail inside
- Start vehicles and check tires
- Charge golf cart, check batteries
- Air out home
- Arrange for cleaning
Our monthly rates vary on the number of visits per month you would require.
1 visit - $49.00
2 visits - $85.00
4 visits - $150.00
